procrastinating
well i haven't been strict about my diet lately, and i've been even worse with working out! all these damn visitors. yah, that means YOU nga! i'm supposed to head to the gym tonight, but turns out i have revisions to do for some freelance work.
my big problem is that i always have a ready excuse to skip working out: my muscles are sore today -- don't want to overdo it! it's too hot to move today. i have my period. i forgot my lock and don't trust ppl at the gym to not steal my stuff. i'll be late for the class i want to go to and i don't like going in when they've already started.. etc etc. =)
ok so this is what i ate today ==
8:30: cup of chocolate milk
9:30: flax plus! raisin bran and coffee w/skim milk
11:30: handful of trail mix (raw)
1:30: half of a veggie burrito bol from chipotle (onions, green peppers, black beans, corn, hot sauce, salsa, sour cream, guac, lettuce)
2:30: coffee w/skim milk
3:30: two rye crispbreads w/tahini
6:00: banana nut bread clif bar
i still have dinner at oh! taisho later w/mel, alex, le, and terisa. the restaurant specializes in yakitori, so that's not so bad, right? grilled bits of meat on a stick? i won't have anything fried, promise!
